The mage of the sun 太陽の像

 私は子どもの頃理科が苦手でした。疑問が出てくる前に、実験や答えを説明されても納得できなかったのです。

それだけではなく、自分の中から疑問が生まれて答えを知ったとしても、なおさら混乱するのです。

今年、木漏れ日が丸いのは何故?という疑問が湧いてきました。

調べると、それは太陽の像だということでした。

でも私が見ているのは影の残りの部分ではなく、太陽の像なのだということがどういうことなのか頭の中でこんがらがってしまいます。

ふと見るとベッドの上にブラインドから漏れる光が丸く連なっているのを見つけました。これも太陽の像なのでしょうか。

わからないながらもそんな風に見ると今まで普通に見えていたものの見方が変わっていきます。

When I was a student, I was not very good at science. I couldn't be convinced by an experiment or an explanation of the answer before the question came up.

But that's not all. Questions would arise from within me, and when I learned the answers, I would be even more confused.

This year, the question of why the sun is round through the trees came to me.

When I looked it up, I found out that it is the image of the sun.

But I can't get it through my head that what I'm seeing is the image of the sun, not the rest of the shadow.

When I looked at the bed, I found  circles of light leaking from the blinds. I wonder if this is another image of the sun.

I don't know, but when I look at it like that, it changes my view of what I used to see as normal.
